How long does it take to heat up an inflatable spa?
It depends on how you are heating it and how cold it is outside, but generally 8 to 12 hours.
What is the difference between an inflatable hot tub and an inflatable spa?
Nothing much, inflatable hot tubs and inflatable spas are the same thing. In the old days, hot tubs were wooden and just heated the water up. When more advanced tubs came along, they were made of better materials and had features like water jets and were renamed spas. Most products you will find are called spas.
Are inflatable spas any good?
By most reviews, yes. People love them!
How much electricity does it take to run an inflatable spa?
Electricity usage and cost will depend on your cost per kilowatt hour. Also it depends on if you are running the air jets and heater. If you have a 1000 watt heater running at max capacity, then you are using 1 kilowatt per hour. If your electricity rate is 8 cents per kilowatt-hour, then you can calculate your cost. However, when the tub reaches its maximum temperature, it may not use all 1000 watts. As an example, lets say you run the spa a full day with the heater using full power, and it costs 8 cents per kilowatt-hour. It would cost you $1.92 in electricity to run it for 24 hours.
